Below are 5 easy steps so that RCS Computer Repair can connect to your computer remotely securely.

Go to Crossloop.Com and download the free Crossloop program. This is a safe download and contains No Viruses.

Install Crossloop on the computer that needs to be repaired. At the end of installation it will ask you if you want to create a username and password. Skip this step as it is not needed,

Once you have installed Crossloop please open up the program by clicking on the desktop icon labeled Crossloop. The program will open in a box on the right hand side of your screen.

You will see 2 tabs. One labled ACCESS and one labeled SHARE. Click the SHARE tab and write down the access code that is given on the screen.

Give the access code to RCS Computer Repair and we will proceed with connecting to your computer to perform the work service order.
